Ordering on the Web with Credit Card

Browse our web site and click on the "Order Now" button to put an item in your shopping cart. Then just follow the easy instructions to place your order online using a variety of payment methods.  

Ordering on the Web with Check or Money Order

We understand that no matter how secure we have made our site, some people still do not feel comfortable ordering online with a credit card. We want to make ordering as easy as possible for you, so we have these additional ways to place your order:
 

Unlike other web sites, we do not charge extra for paying by Check or Money Order. You can still place your order on our web site and then simply choose "check/money order" as the payment option in Your Shopping Cart (NOTE: leave the "account number" field blank). After you click on "Place This Order," you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order and instructions for mailing in your payment (check or money order). Once we receive your payment in the mail, we will process your order. We must receive your payment before we will ship your order; see our payment methods for more information on processing time for check and money orders.

International Orders:

All shipments to canada are Duty Free and Customs Free. Buyer is responsible for applicable Canadian taxes. The actual shipping time takes 3-5 days on average utilizing our partnership with Deutsche Post. The shipping rate charged in the shopping cart is a delivered price to the customer's door including all duties and customs so there is no hassle at all with having to pay any additional fees or pick up their package from the post office or customs office.

International Shipping Restrictions:

  1. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. Troubles Ordering?

If you are getting an error message when trying to order, please review how you entered your zip code/postal code. The order in which you enter the digits is vital. For example, when ordering from the UK. If your postal code is SE146SL, you must enter it like this: SE14 6SL. Notice the space between the fourth and fifth digits. You must have the correct spacing. So, in the case of the UK, it is 4 digits, space, then the final 3 digits.

Damaged Shipments:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. If you receive damaged merchandise, please report it to us within 24 hours.  We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Protein/Nutrition Bar Policies:

During the warm Summer months, some melting and changes in consistency of protein bars is to be expected during shipment. Bars are always kept at appropriate storage temperatures in our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. Any changes in consistency occur as the result of delivery vehicles which we have no control over. In ordering bars during the warm months the customer assumes full responsibility for any changes in consistency. We recommend placing the bars in the refrigerator for several hours and then storing in a cool, dry place.

Return Policy:


Please call us during our normal business hours 1-800-603-4691 (for Canada and US only) for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns.  Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

Back Orders:


We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

How We Handle & Process Your Order

1. Within seconds of placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number & other important information.

2. If you place order before 1pm EST, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 1pm, your order will be packaged & prepared for shipment the very next morning.

3. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number.

4. In 3 days or less (depending which shipping option you choose and where you want you order shipped) the UPS man will knock on your door and deliver your order.
